Returns / Exchanges

This page explains how returns and exchanges are handled at SGS Tools and Parts. Please contact us first so we can review the order, confirm the item, and give you the correct next step.

How to start a return or exchange

Email support@sgstoolsandparts.com.au with your order number, the item name, and the reason you want to return or exchange it.

If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please add clear photos so we can assess the issue faster.

Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back. We may provide return instructions, a reference number, or an exchange option depending on the situation.

What happens after review

Once approved, the item may need to be returned to us for inspection before a refund, repair, replacement, or store credit decision is made.

Items returned in resalable condition may be restocked. Some items may be assessed as faulty, damaged in transit, or not eligible for restock depending on the circumstances.

Return postage may be arranged by us where required by law or where the issue is our responsibility.

Change of mind

Change-of-mind returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to inspection, return approval, and any conditions shown on the product page or sales terms.
