Information

Warranty

SGS Tools and Parts stands behind its products and will assess warranty claims in line with the product type, the issue reported, and the rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law.

What is covered

Warranty claims may be available where a product has a fault in materials or workmanship, or where it does not perform as a reasonable customer would expect when used as intended.

Coverage may vary depending on whether the item is a finished product, accessory, part, or made-to-order item.

What is not covered

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, or issues caused by using a product outside its intended purpose.

Compatibility mistakes, battery selection errors, and damage caused by third-party equipment may also fall outside warranty coverage depending on the circumstances.

How to make a claim

Contact support@sgstoolsandparts.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video where possible.

We may ask for the item to be returned for inspection before a warranty decision is made.

Australian consumer law

Our warranty is provided in addition to the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this page is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
